“Culturas en diálogo”/ “Bridging Cultures
As a contribution to the Universal Forum of Cultures in Monterrey, Mexico, a cycle of teleconferences "Cultures in "dialogue" /" Bridging Cultivate" will take place from September 27 to November 15 between Belgium, Mexico and Argentina, with the support of the UNESCO Flemish Commission and the Ministry of Flanders.
