You are invited to participate in the lunch seminar dedicated to
the major issues of the forthcoming Universal Forum of Cultures 2007
in Monterrey: diversity, sustainability, peace and knowledge, that
will take place on the 26 of June at the University of Leuven. This
seminar is organised by the UNESCO Chair on Sustainable Peace and
Solidarity at the Centrum for Peace Research with the support of the
UNESCO Flemish Commission and the Flemish Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and the participation of involved institutions in the Forum of
Cultures and the K.U.L. Iberoamerican Studies.
The participants are invited to actively contribute to an
interdisciplinary dialogue committed to combine appropriately the
diversity of cultures and the universality of norms.
A buffet with a multicultural menu will be provided (Oxfam
products).
